Why do you charge my credit card before my product has been produced?

A: Because everything we make is custom and produced on-demand, we must bill you in advance before beginning work. Don't worry, we offer 100% guarantee!

IMAGE

I’m not sure if my image is copyrighted or not, what happens if it is? Will you inform me?

We take copyright seriously and we know sometimes violations are unintentional. If there is a copyright issue with your image one of our customer service reps will contact you to come up with a solution.
Will my finished canvas look like the image on my computer screen?

Every computer screen displays images differently. Unless you have a profiled monitor, it may not display accurate colours. Every computer screen displays images differently and may differ from what the final printed product looks like. If your image needs dramatic colour adjustments, please select our Major Retouching and let us know you would like colour correction.

How much of my image will I lose if I choose the photo wrap option?

That depends on the depth of photo wrap chosen: 1.5"- 4 inches, 2.5"- 6 inches.
What size image file is required to make the best possible canvas print?

While we specialise in working with images of all sizes, typically a file size of 2 MB or greater is enough for us to work with without needing to apply a low resolution filter.
I would like to change the image that I originally submitted with my order. How do I do this?

Contact us as soon as possible via phone, email or chat and we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send us a new image.
What is your privacy policy with regards to the use of my images?

Check out our terms of use, but the short version is we’ll never use your images in any manner other than to print them for you.
What is the maximum file size you can accept through your website?

Our website uploader supports files up to 20 MB, if you have a larger file contact us and we’ll provide you with a link to our FTP site.
I have an image file type not supported by your uploader (i.e PDF, RAW). What do I do?

Contact us for alternate instructions, we can provide you with a link to our FTP site.
What file formats do you accept?

Easy Canvas Prints™ can accept PNG, JPG, BMP and TIF files that are 20MB and under. If your file is over this size limit you can flatten the image, convert to RGB in 8–bit mode and save as a JPG at the maximum quality level. If you must send a file format not accepted online or a file larger than 20MB please call us for assistance and instructions.

How do I clean my canvas?

The canvases are quite durable should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc.

You can dust canvases with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas is damaged and needs deeper cleaning you may try a damp cloth. If the canvas gets nicked and loses ink in a certain areas it can be touched up with felt–tip markers or paint.


Are there any special mounting instructions I should follow when hanging my piece?

All framed prints come ready-to-hang out of the box with gallery-strength piano wire. All you need is a hook/nail in the wall.
Can I hang my artwork in a bathroom or humid area?

Because canvas is a natural product that will shrink and swell due to significant changes in temperature or humidity, it should not be hung in a bathroom or directly over a heat source.
Do you have other colour options for photo borders other than black and white?

Do you print on any other types of mediums besides canvas?

We print on a variety of materials including Posters, Acrylic Blocks, and various Art & Photographic papers. Check our Products page for more information.
Does my artwork come stretched?

Your artwork comes ready to hang on your wall.
Do you offer canvas sizes any bigger or smaller than the options on your website?

Yes, we love makes things easier for our lovely costumers. Contact us for further information on additional sizes available.
My piece has been damaged upon arrival. What do I do?

While we make every effort to ensure your canvas arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things happen. Hold on to packaging, take pictures of damage if possible and contact us. We will ship out a reprint ASAP.
Can I spread my image across multiple canvases of different sizes?

Who do you ship with?

We use Royal mail, FedEx, Parcelforce.
What are your shipping options?

Ground Shipping takes 3-7 business days (£14), Rush Shipping takes 1-3 business days (£30 per canvas).
Will you send me tracking information once my canvas has shipped?

Yes, we will email you once your order has shipped with your FedEx tracking number.
I need my canvas by a certain date, what do I do?

If you need your canvas by a certain date, please indicate it in the notes section of your order. If the date is particularly soon you may need to add rush shipping to ensure it arrives in time. Either way, contact us at support@printartforu.co.uk with your order number after you place your order to confirm details.
